Watch Bands

  • Band Measurements -18cm without the Apple Watch.

    Too Big - Use the link remover tool that came with your watch band and follow the instructions here. Additionally you can take your Watch Band to a local jeweller to have it perfectly sized for you! Many times your local jeweller will offer this service complimentary and usually only takes a few minutes.

    Too Small - Need extra links? NO PROBLEM! Once you have placed your order email hello@edrae.shop and request extra links at no cost to you.

  • Acetate - Please refrain from wearing you watchband in salt water/ chlorine. This can damage the colour and cause rusting of the internal pins. Day to day wear with limited contact with water will not cause damage to your band.

    Stainless Steel - Please refrain from wearing your watchband in salt water/ chlorine. This can use the band to show signs of fading. Day to day wear with limited contact with water will not cause damage to your band.

  • Bio Acetate - An all together better material to the environment made with plasticisers from 100% renewable sources, rather than oil-based ones. By changing these chemicals into biodegradable plasticisers the entire material becomes plant based, can break down, and as a result is better for our planet. Connectors and the clasp are made from stainless steel and are hypoallergenic.

    Stainless Steel - a sturdy material that can withstand daily wear and tear, stainless steel does not easily wear out or fade. This means your stainless steel watch will continue to look good even after years of use. This material is hypoallergenic.

  • Clean - Use a damp microfiber cloth without any cleaning products or detergent.

    Care- Store in a dark place in the Edrae pouch.

Returns &Warranty

  • Policy

    If you have a change of mind refunds are subject to the following conditions:

    • The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging

    • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

    • Proof of purchase.

    • Apple Watch Bands that have been opened or adjusted are considered Final Sale and ineligible for return.

    To organize a return, please email hello@edrae.shop with your name, order number and reason for return.

    All return requests will be reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed.

  • If you have received an incorrect item, please email hello@edrae.shop with photos of the item and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed.

    All extra costs incurred will be the responsibility of Edrae.

Product & Packaging

  • All of our acetate watch bands are made from 100% Bio Acetate. An all together better material to the environment made with plasticisers from 100% renewable sources, rather than oil-based ones. By changing these chemicals into biodegradable plasticisers the entire material becomes plant based, can break down, and as a result is better for our planet.

    Our phone cases are made from 100% recycled TPC. Thermoplastics, which make up about 75 percent of worldwide plastic production is recycled by heating used thermoplastics products until they become liquid then remodelled into new products, in our case… phone cases.

    All beads and hardware and sourced from ethical suppliers and are recycled when possible.

  • Each Edrae piece comes with a branded pouch made from recycled fabrics.

    Our cardboard cards are made from recycled paper.

    We limit the use of plastic as much as possible.
