Returns Policy 

If you have a change of mind, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging

• The request is made within 30 days of delivery 

• proof of purchase

• Apple Watch Bands that have been opened or adjusted are considered Final Sale and ineligible for return.

To organize a return, please email hello@edrae.shop with your name, order number, and reason for return. All return requests will be reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed.

Incorrect Items 

If you have received an incorrect item, please email hello@edrae.shop

with photos of the item, and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed. All extra costs incurred will be the responsibility of Edrae.
